At 2am my home was struck by lighting and i crawled out within seconds of the whole house being totally engulfed. I needed a place to stay and put my things. Ben Stephen Dove in to the burned rubble and recovered personal items, helped load them in a trailer. then found me a home with garage and barn to store my belongings at a very good price. He could of steered me to something twice or more to made a bigger commission, but Ben new what i wanted and went after the best deal as soon as it hit the market. Ben Stephen is honest with passion, he really cares for his clients needs.

Ben was very professional in representing us in the sale of my mom's residence. Ben provided services over and beyond the norm in the real estate industry. For example my mom is 94 years old and I live in the Greater Lansing Area, approximately 2 1/2 hours away. Prior to closing an old large heavy TV and cabinet in the basement had to be remove from the house. My brother who lives in the St. Joseph/Benton Harbor area recently had a heart attack and was not allowed to lift heavy objects. Ben brought a friend to the house, removed the TV and cabinet from the basement and took it to a recycling center. Ben also visited my mom at her assisted living apartment on more than one occasion to review and sign the buy and sell agreement, closing documents and other documents relating to the sale of her residence,. Finally, Ben met with of the inspectors and provided a special key box for the plumber and electrician to make repairs to the house prior to closing. I would not hesitate to recommend Ben to list and sell homes in the St. Joseph/Benton Harbor area.
