Quinn was knowledgeable upon our first meeting about what our goals were to be to get our parents home sold. He didn't sugar coat the challenges we would face listing early winter, but remained optimistic that it would sell. He gave us great advise to think about; both pros and cons when faced with offers. He made him self available to answer any questions that we had. Where I believe he shined the most is during the buyers request for repairs. He was calm during what felt like chaos to us and led us to close very professionally.
