I had one initial broker that was not helpful at all when it came to finding my partner and I a home for us. She had poor communication skills and did not really attempt to only find us one home while my partner and I continued to search for homes ourselves. Dawn Collins name came up, and we went and switched to her... The first house Dawn Collins showed ( and found ) for us, we got! Dawn Collins is wonderful and amazing at everything she does! We will recommend her to ANYONE who needs a home!

In looking to sell a lower priced home in a not quite so desirable neighborhood, I knew my husband and I needed a realtor with experience in marketing a "fixer-upper" and knowledge of our area. Asking the opinion of another Cressy & Everett realtor, who I've worked with for years through my job, she recommended Dawn Collins, who lives in the heart of South Bend. Dawn couldn't have been nicer, more patient, or more professional. She contacted me quickly. She and I met at the house to sell. She got us initial documents to sign soon after, and also utilizes electronic signatures (so convenient). Dawn and I met at the house again for Dawn to take pictures. While not excluding imperfections or areas where work is needed, her slideshow totally highlighted the wonderful aspects of the house, which I hoped showcased the potential we had always seen. After years of our own procrastination getting it on the market, the house was sold in under 2 months to a couple who will be living in and fixing up their new home. Dawn gave us great guidance along the way about pricing, counter offers, closing details (with a fast closing the buyers requested--cash sale, closed in a week from counter offer acceptance), and taking care of utilities. We're very grateful that Dawn made what we'd anticipated to be a painful process as stress-free and painless as possible.
