As a first time home buyer, I had many questions, concerns and some reservations of the home buying process. I made sure to do my research and saved up enough money to start looking for a broker to start the home buying process. I was referred to Irma Buczynski by my father in law, who had nothing but positive things to say about her. He had used Irma as his broker for his current home. My wife and I contacted Irma and explained to her our situation and what all we were looking for. She listened to our needs and began sending us homes that fit our criteria. The combination of Irma's understanding of our needs, requirements and knowledge of the area we were searching for made our decision to choose Irma as our broker a lot easier than I thought it would be. I am very glad we had Irma as our broker for our first home purchase. In a tough market, we feel Irma did a tremendous job negotiating price and terms. She listened to our needs and got us in the home we wanted. She was very detailed and timely, which made the process go by smoothly. Overall our experience with Irma was outstanding. Very glad she was our broker and was very impress with how she handled the home buy process. I would not hesitate recommending Irma to family and friends.

We enjoyed working with Irma Buczynski while selling our home and purchasing a new home. She always made herself available. Although she was working with other clients she made us feel like we were the only ones. She offered advise and assistance and provided tips on selling our home but decisions were always ours to make. We never felt any obligations or pushes towards a certain suggestion. She was very helpful, positive, and encouraging. She was very willing to negotiate when purchasing our new home. Irma explained everything every step of the way and answered any questions or concerns we had. The entire process went very smooth and quick thanks to the help she provided. When our friends sold their house they talked about how amazing their realtor was and raved about Irma Buczynski. Naturally, when it came time for my wife and I to buy our first home, we knew who we had to use. We're originally from Southern California and have lived in Indiana for a few years now, so we are still learning all the little nuances and differences that come with a 2000+ mile move. Having someone who knew the specificities of the area, was incredibly knowledgeable of her craft and genuinely cared about helping her clients was such a blessing and huge help, especially considering we knew almost nothing about the home buying process. Irma was absolutely amazing and such a delight to work with. We have no family in the area, so it was real heartwarming having someone who treated us like a part of theirs during such a happy and nerve-wracking time. Her courtesy and professionalism are top notch, and she was so attentive to all our questions, needs and wants. Irma's efficiency and expertise made this home buying process beyond easy for us. She laid everything out for us and thoroughly explained all things involved and made sure we were amply prepared and informed about everything that was in store for us, as well as answering any questions we had in between. We felt like all we had to do was make decisions and sign papers, because Irma did all the paperwork involved and explained each one in detail, making sure we fully understood what we were signing and what was going to come or needed to happen as a result. We went in as novices that thought buying a house was an incredibly difficult process for a buyer, and left this process as well-informed new homeowners with all the tools necessary to succeed. We loved working with Irma and will definitely recommend her to everyone we know!
