This was a complicated sale as there were IRS Tax liens.. this property had been listed with two previous agencies. and could not get the lien release. and they were listing for far less money.. Met Kelly shared my needs and was down to the last straw as it was ready to be foreclosed on for back taxes. MS KELLY SAID I LOVE A CHALLENGE listed the property for far more than the other agencies...It sold and there was a closing !!! every challenge that came before us she took care of in a very joyful SPIRIT..She really really stands behind her clients. i have a few other pieces of property that i will be listing with her also.. she accomplished something that TWO OTHER AGENCIES COULDN'T I am so thankful !!!
