Overall, Kim Kim was a very good fit for the sale of my mother's house. Not only did she understand our situation, she was able to fit into the timeline we needed, and help us to sell the house quickly and give us guidance along the way. We were able to communicate from Indianapolis while we were selling the house in Mishawaka. We felt like we were in good hands, and anytime there were questions or concerns, she was available to answer those in a timely fashion. My mother and I both appreciated all of the care she put into the sale of the property. Because of her expertise, we felt confident in the entire process.
