I absolutely was completely satisfied with Larry and the way he handled my parents estate. He was extremely knowledgeable of selling lake property. He made sure he let my brother and I know his every move on our parents home. Larry answers his phone no matter the day of the week or the time of day. The sale came from an open house on a Holiday weekend. He's just a great honest and very dependable man! When my brother and I interviewed several agents from different agencies our decision to hire Larry Dietl was unanimous. When he gave his speech to us on how he could sell this home for us he left with these final words "Even if you don't choose me to sell this house, I'm going to sell it anyway" that sold me on Larry!!
