It went very smoothly and quickly. I certainly liked the efficiency of the online process for the paperwork during the process and I was most pleased that we were able to have the closing date on the home we sold and the one we purchased on the same day. We met Mariah Cressy during an open house that we attended and was immediately impressed by her ability to engage us. After meeting with her at a later date we were convinced that she would be responsive and look out for our best interests in the sale of our home and the search for another. Mariah Cressy is personable, efficient and respectful. This was important to us since we had lived in the same home for 24 years and are busy people and didn't have the time to research the details of selling and buying homes. Mariah did an excellent job in being patient with my questions and responding promptly.
