She helped us understand what it could mean to buy a house on well water/septic system in a balanced way while highlighting hyper-local details (like the potential for pesticide contamination in specific areas of town). She has an eye for structural issues and keeps you safe from buying a house with big problems. She always has someone excellent to recommend for any repairs you may need done and has creative ideas for making a home your own. She also is another advocate for you in the mortgage process and streamlined perfectly with Jonathan McKinnies and his team at Hallmark Home Mortgage. Finally, Megan was able to coordinate buying and selling a home at the same time without having to list as contingent - a superstar!
