We met Mike when our son bought a house with him. I was impressed by his sincerity and caring to help my son and his wife find the right house for them. He even helped us install a vinyl floor that was required for their loan. When we decided to look at houses I knew I wanted to contact Mike and we have been very satisfied with our decision. Mike always kept us up to date on the progress of the sale and when certain things were needed for us to schedule or sign. We are very satisfied with the process of buying our new home and are enjoying renovating it.

We met Michael Barber for the first time right after he had been to our next door neighbors house. We liked him right away and felt comfortable talking about selling our home. He offered good suggests on how to get our house ready to sell. He was very sincere about doing his best to sell our home and to get the right price for it. Michael Barber was perfect and did all the above to the best of his ability. We were 100 percent pleased with him and so happy we had him as our realtor. Our house sold in 2 days!!! We worked for over two years to get everything updated. Then Michael Barber helped us "stage" our house for an added touch. We were 100 percent satisfied with Michael Barber! We would highly recommend him to friends and family or anyone who has a house to sell. Michael Barber even checked the entire house to make sure we didn't leave anything. He found in the linen closet some items that I did not mean to leave. I'm so thankful he called me because that was the only place in the entire house I forgot to check! Thanks Mike for finding these items and calling me before we headed to Georgia.
