I have bought two homes in my life, but have never sold or used a realtor. I consider myself quite a good judge of character, and I met Shirley at a open house near mine. I do not say this often about people, but I knew from the first time speaking with her that she is a very caring, and ethical person. Shirley and I spoke about what my needs were and she spent every day proving she was looking out for my best interest. Homes around me have not been selling, some have been on the market for over a year with other agencies. When I spoke with Shirley about my need to sell quickly she went above and beyond. Not only did my place sell in six weeks but she was able to list and sell for thousands more than I was asking. She is truly the best and would highly recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling. She truly has her lients best interests in all she does.
