Wayne Birkey was beyond a blessing during our process! We found him and he NEVER pressured us to pick the house HE wanted to sell but allowed up to pick the house WE wanted to buy! This was our first house and he definitely wanted us to feel it was our first home! When we buy our next home we will most definitely be on the look out for him again! Our seller wasn't very responsive nor was our lender on top of their process and multiple times he (Wayne) went WAY out of his way to move our process more quickly! It was extremely nice Wayne having a relationship with our lender to call him and allow him and his team know they could be holding up our closing processes. There were so many bumps along the way and Wayne made it his mission to get every problem solved. HE DID TOO! It was amazing to have someone like him during our first home buying process!
