We knew selling our home & property was going to be a challenge because of the size, location and amenities we had to offer a buyer. However, we also knew we had something unique and sought after for that perfect buyer. When asking friends & family about their recommendations for a realtor, we were given Shirley's name. When she pulled onto our property and we could see she instantly fell in love with our home and everything about it we knew then that she could sell it for us. Her knowledge of the area, value and desirability of our home made it a "No Brainer" than to give Shirley our listing. Between hers and our determination we managed to list our home for the terms we wanted (summer months only) and the job got done. We also had Shirley show us a couple of properties and she got right in the midst of the tall grasses and woods to scope out the entire area as much as possible, she did NOT hesitate to adventure along with us and that was much appreciated and obviously made an impression on us as to her drive, commitment and desire to be your realtor.
