Shirley was amazing We had a signed offer within 12 hours of the house being listed We listed the house at 10 am and that night at 9pm we had a signed offer. From 7pm to 9pm we had gone back an forth a few times with the buyer and Shirley was on the phone and emailing us the whole time from home. She made this sale happen.

Shirley Behm recently helped me with a difficult estate sale. Since I live out of state, it was important for me to work with someone who not only knew the local market, but could help me connect with local contractors. It was a long process from rehab to listing but Shirley was always there to give me advice on which improvements we should consider making, right down to color pallete!
